• Matric certificate
•  Proficient in MS Office
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work effectively under pressure
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team environment
• Capable of meeting tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
• Professional handling of confidential information
• Knowledge of CIPC services is advantageous
• Duties and Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to requests from the Manager
  • Address and resolve client inquiries efficiently
  • Professionally manage client communications, including email correspondence
  • Collect and verify Fica documents from clients
  • Perform general administrative functions with accuracy
  • Ensure precise data entry and assist with basic letter writing
  • Support basic CIPC applications and filings
