ob Opportunity: Compensation Clerk in the Agricultural Industry
Location: Ceres, Western Cape
Our client, a reputable organization in the Agricultural Industry, is seeking a skilled Compensation Clerk to join their HR department. This role is critical for ensuring efficient HR operations and accurate compensation processes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage wages for approximately 250 seasonal workers
• Administer payroll using Sage300
• Handle the partial administration of Group Benefits, including provident fund management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date compensation records
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
• Assist with the preparation of payroll reports and statements
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation
• Support the HR team with other administrative tasks as needed

• Matric certificate and relevant HR qualification
• Proficiency in Afrikaans and English
• Extensive experience with Sage300
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience
• Proven track record in processing wages for approximately 250 seasonal workers
• Capability in performing administrative tasks, including partial administration of Group Benefits and provident fund management
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Residence in the Western Cape is essential
• Background experience in the Agricultural industry is highly advantageous
