SUMMARY:
My client, a financial services organization with a diverse portfolio, is currently looking to recruit a qualified and experienced Compliance Officer to join their young and futuristic Compliance Department.

POSITION INFO:
The successful contender would be an individual who is FSCA CAT I registered and has experience in compliance frameworks, POPI information and has sound judgment. If this aligns with your career goals and plans, then apply now!

Duties:

Maintain compliance procedures and manuals
Develop and maintain an internal control framework
Maintain KI/representative register
Compliance audits
Establish and maintain internal stakeholder relations
Identify and investigate compliance breaches

Education:

BCom/LLB or related
Postgraduate/Honours (Risk or Compliance management) – advantageous
FSCA Category 1 Compliance Officer (NB!)

Experience:

Min. 3 years compliance experience
