Concrete Foreman

SUMMARY:
Opportunity Northern Cape , concrete foreman

POSITION INFO:

Our client a contractor currently busy with a R500 Million building project in Kimberley (Northern Cape) require concrete foremen to manage concrete , formwork and reinforcing functions. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting out of concrete elements on projects.
• Assist in the process of supervising of sub contractors in the assembly and stripping of formwork for intricate concrete structures for high-end residential properties.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical plans to meet client specifications.
• Work with a variety of materials  to achieve top-tier finishes.
• Collaborate with other trades and site managers to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Supervise and check on sub-contractors appointed to the project.

Requirements:

• Preferably Trade tested or full apprenticeship.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience
• Ability to interpret and follow technical drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with carpentry tools and equipment, and ability to work with various materials.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional craftsmanship.
