SUMMARY:
Our client, a 5-star lodge based in Paterson, Eastern Cape, has an opportunity available for a Conservation Coordinator. This position is a combination of a Conservationist and Field Guide.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:
  • FGASA Level 1/NQF2/nature conservation or environmental education qualification and/or
  • At least 1 year experience dealing with big five game and volunteers 
  • Code B or EB driver's license and valid PDP
  • SASETTA firearms competency
  • Valid first aid certficate level 1
  • DEAT and FGASA registered
  • 4x4 driving preferable
  • Good general knowledge of ecological management of game reserve 
  • QGIS mapping will be advantageous
