SUMMARY:
My client in the IT Solution and Digital Marketing space, seeks a very capable manager for their multi-focused Contact Centre.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Degree or National Diploma in Business
Min 10 years within the Contact Centre arena
Min 5 years in a Management role within a Contact Centre - ideally in the IT or Digital Marketing related, industry
Solid skills in:
- Leading and motivating a team of minimum 10 with the Contact Centre space
- Training and coaching
- Setting pocesses and procedures and ensuring adherence to those potocols
- Strategizing and managing stats
- Overseeing technical needs for the upkeep and maintenance of a fully operational and state-of-the-art Contact Centre
Quality control
Hiring staff and knowledge of Labour/HR processes
