Contact Center Manager – Lead a High-Performing Team!

Are you a people-focused leader with a passion for delivering top-tier customer service? A growing business is looking for a Contact Center Manager to take charge of a dynamic team of customer service representatives and virtual agents.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, coaching and developing your team, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. You’ll also monitor key performance metrics, oversee payroll processes, and work closely with IT to ensure VoIP and CRM systems run smoothly.

Role:  Contact Centre Manager
Location:  Hermanus, Western Cape
Salary:  TBC

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Proven people management skills with high emotional intelligence
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
✅ Experience in customer service, call centers, or a receptionist environment
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive)
✅ Basic understanding of financial management and payroll processes
✅ Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
✅ Fluent in English & Afrikaans (additional languages are a bonus!)
✅ Must be able to work fully on-site
