As the Content Creation Lead, you will be responsible for developing innovative content such as video lessons, podcasts, interactive videos and gamified experiences while amplifying our existing content strategies. Your ultimate goal is to inspire and improve content consumption across platforms, creating meaningful connections with diverse audiences.

What you will do:

1. Content Creation and Execution:
   • Develop high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including:
   • Video lessons and tutorials
   • Podcasts and audio content
   • Short-form and long-form videos
   • Gamified and interactive learning experiences
2. Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s tone, mission and target audience
3. Amplifying Current Strategies:
   • Enhance and re-purpose existing content to improve audience engagement and reach
   • Create strategies to maximise content consumption across digital platforms
   • Identify trends in e-commerce and other industries to inspire fresh, innovative formats
4. Innovation in Content Formats:
   • Utilise emerging tools and technologies to create immersive and interactive content
   • Continuously test and iterate on new content ideas to captivate audiences
5. Performance Optimisation:
   • Monitor and analyse content performance metrics to evaluate impact and audience reception
   • Use data insights to optimise the content pipeline and prioritise high-impact projects
6. Collaboration and Leadership:
   • Lead creative brainstorming sessions to ideate compelling content strategies
   • Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence
   • Collaborate with marketing, design and product teams to deliver a seamless content experience

What you must have:

Required:

• 7+ years of experience in content creation, preferably with a focus on multimedia formats (videos, podcasts, gamified experiences)
• Proven ability to craft compelling stories and engaging scripts
• Expertise in multimedia production tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Canva, Audacity)
• Strong understanding of audience engagement strategies, particularly in digital or e-commerce settings
• Track record of delivering innovative content that drives engagement and consumption

Preferred:

• Familiarity with educational content design or curriculum-focused storytelling
• Experience creating interactive or gamified content experiences
• Background in data-driven content strategies, with proficiency in analytics tools
