Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, working with both our staff and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with foremen and teams to ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain budget controls and ensure projects stay within allocated funds.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure each phase meets scheduled milestones.
• Provide leadership, direction, and support to teams, ensuring safety, compliance, and project efficiency.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Contracts Manager role or similar, with a strong background in project management.
