POSITION INFO:

Our client, a well-established contractor specializing in waterproofing, painting, refurbishment, and roofing, is seeking a skilled and experienced Contracts Manager to join their team in the Western Cape. The successful candidate must possess extensive experience in waterproofing, painting, and roofing.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple sites simultaneously.
• Report directly to Director
• Oversee all aspects of resource management, including labor and materials.
• Monitor progress and planning to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meeting required quality standards.
• Provide technical knowledge and assist in finding solutions to on-site challenges.
• Manage all relationships and correspondence with clients, professional teams, and staff.
• Handle all contractual aspects.
• Assist in the training of staff.

Requirements:

• Construction qualification would be advantageous.
• Computer literacy.
• Extensive knowledge of painting and waterproofing techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• A minimum of 12 years construction industry experience.
• Solid track record and references (when requested)
