POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC (not a requirement but will be beneficial) and manual    lathes to manufacture components according to specifications and technical drawings.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine machining processes and specifications.
• Set up machines, including tool changes and adjustments, to ensure optimal production efficiency.
• Monitor the machining process for accuracy and make necessary adjustments to maintain tolerances.
• Perform quality checks using precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet required specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to company policies and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members and engineers to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.
• Document production activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machining preferred.
• Proven experience as a Turner or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
