Conversation/UX Designer

Requirements

• Relevant Degree/Diploma
• Must have 5 years User Experience and prototyping and can translate new ideas into impactful services.
• Experience with visual design, content design and copywriting, creative technology or natural language understanding will be advantage
• Must be proficiency with a variety of conversation, prototyping and design tools (including basic Figma skills) and you aren’t afraid to try new software and teach tools, digital or not.

Responsibilities include:

• Design conversational experiences in collaboration with the key clients using the company product.
• Review, provide feedback and collaborate with Product Manager, Engineers and Designers to improve the user experience and design of the company product.
• Collaborate with Product Designers and Engineers on the ideation and user experience design of new and existing features.
• Participate in the Chat for Impact Community forum and events by sharing best practices.
• Keep the team up to date with the latest conversational design trends and how they impact our clients and users in the developing world.
