SUMMARY:
Well-established Law Firm based in Ballito is looking to expand their team and require the services of a capable individual with a professional and friendly attitude to join their practice

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:
  • Matric and a relevant qualification would be an advantage
  • 1-5 years experience in transfers
  • Experience with bonds would be beneficial 
  • Must have experience working on ABSA, Nedbank and FNB panels
  • Proficient in Lexis Convey, an added bonus would be having experience with Webconvey and Stordoc
  • Advantage will be given to vaccinated candidates
Daily duties will include:
  • Taking ownership of the transaction from beginning to end, including preparation of final accounts
  • Preparing and maintaining files accurately according to specification
  • Drafting of all transfer and supporting documents accurately and efficiently and arranging for signature thereof
  • Drafting loan and bond documents for various financial institution and strict compliance with the various financial institutions service level agreements
