SUMMARY:
Our legal client based in Johannesburg North is looking for a Conveyancing Secretary to join their dynamic team

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

8+ years' experience with Developments/Sectional Title Transfers and/or Conventional Transfers
Exposure to Commercial work is a bonus
Conventional/Sectional Title Bond experience with a least 1 of the major banks is also a bonus (but not a requirements)
Candidate must have a clear understanding of the registration of developments from opening the scheme, reporting to developers/clients, and must be able to work independently and understand the pressure associate with development matters
Candidate must have experience from opening of the file, sending initial letters, FICA, guarantees and guarantee requirements and drafting of documents to finalizing the final accounts and paying out the proceed
The candidate must be able to work with volumes, under pressure, be organized, diligent and be able to work both in a team and independently
Systems experience: Legal Suite, LexisConvey, E4, and StorDoc
Potential Start date – as soon as possible / 1 September 2024
