JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12
Legal secretary / paralegal / conveyancing qualification advantageous
Proficient in MS Office, LexisConvey and GhostConvey
Experience in Property Transfers, Deceased Estate transfers, Registration of sectional schemes and Property developments
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Attention to detail and very meticulous
Must be able to work independently and under pressure
