Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bond Conveyancing Secretary to join our clients dynamic legal team in Witbank / eMalahleni.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conveyancing, particularly in bond registrations and related processes.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and preparing conveyancing documents for bond registrations.
• Handling bond instructions from financial institutions and ensuring compliance with their requirements.
• Liaising with banks, clients, attorneys, and Deeds Office to facilitate the smooth processing of transactions.
• Ensuring all documents are correctly signed, lodged, and registered within the required timeframes.
• Managing electronic platforms such as GhostPractice, E4, Webconvey, and Lexis Convey.
• Verifying FICA documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Managing general administrative duties related to bond transactions.
• Keeping track of bond instructions and ensuring all deadlines are met.

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Bond Conveyancing Secretary.
• Previous exposure to bond registrations with any of the four major banks (Absa, Nedbank, Standard Bank, FNB).
• Proficiency in GhostPractice, E4, Webconvey, and Lexis Convey.
