Corrugator Machine Operator

POSITION INFO:

A well known packaging manufacturing company based in PE is looking for Corrugator Machine Operators

As a Corrugator Machine Operator you will set up, operate, and maintain corrugating machines to produce corrugated board for packaging, ensuring optimal production efficiency and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operation: Operate and monitor the corrugator machine to ensure it runs at optimal levels.
Setup and Calibration: Set up, calibrate, and adjust the corrugating machine for different production runs.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance on the machine and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Quality Control: Inspect and grade the finished corrugated sheets for quality control purposes.
Production Efficiency: Ensure optimal production efficiency and minimize downtime.
Safety: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
Documentation: Keep accurate records of production runs, machine maintenance, and any issues encountered.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the production process.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in operating machinery and a strong understanding of production processes in the corrugated packaging industry.
At least N3 qualification plus 3 years experience as a corrugation machine operator
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Ability to ensure quality control and accuracy.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
Commitment to safety standards.
