My client, a reputable tyre and wheel centre, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Counter Salesperson to join their team.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 qualification
- Related tertiary education will be advantageous
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in counter sales
- Fluent in both Afrikaans and English
- Proficient in computer usage
- Computer literate
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
Key Responsibilities and Skills:
- Communicate clearly and persuasively with clients
- Exhibit active listening to understand client needs
- Maintain a client-focused and results-oriented approach
- Demonstrate self-motivation and a proactive attitude
- Apply effective problem-solving techniques
- Use strong negotiation skills to close sales effectively
