POSITION INFO:

Your responsibility will include but is not limited to:
Manage accounts receivable aging to reduce bad debt risk
Review credit terms according to policies
Prepare aging reports, collection forecasts, and credit reports
Contact customers for overdue payments and resolve disputes
Coordinate with sales and customer service to address issues
Assess customer creditworthiness through applications, reports, and financials
Send weekly invoices and month-end statements
Prepare bank statements for creditors
Compile weekly age analysis
Handover overdue accounts
Issue credit notes when needed

Skills & Experience:
Pastel or SAGE experience
 
Qualification:
5 years of experience in a similar role
Degree, diploma, or Credit Management Certificate
