Company based in Pretoria seeks a Credit Controller (Commercial)/Property Administrator from the property industry. Fluent in English and Afrikaans (Verbal and Written)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Fluent in English and Afrikaans (Verbal and Written)
Matric is essential
Tertiary qualification
Proficient on MS Office
Strong MS Excel skills
Excellent telephonic etiquette
Collection of rent from residential / commercial clients
Computer system - MDA System
80% Credit Controlling and 20% Property Administration
Handle queries relating to account recons, assessment rates, utilities, etc
Provide reports on accounts in arrears
Blacklist tenants
Update and maintain client information
Rent-roll reconciliations
Reconcile credit balance accounts
