SUMMARY:
A dynamic Pharmaceutical Distributor is looking for a Credit Controller in Gauteng.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Receive, reconcile and record credit notes received
Monitor overdue, unsettled and short-paid invoices by use of a spreadsheet
Reconciliation of credit notes file and credit note system list - monthly
Verify and assess all invoices before processing
Prepare invoices
Send statements and invoices to clients
Accurate and timeous processing of all billing
Process credit notes
Ensure monthly deadlines are met
Record and archive finance
