Qualifications / Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in Credit Department
• Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
• Energetic, independent, self-motivated and hard working
• Possess excellent initiative, strong sense of responsibility and good judgement
• Good team player with a positive mindset
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to work with individuals at all levels
• Ability to work under pressure and be able to deliver accurate work in a tight time-frame

Key Performance Areas:

• Work with Credit Controller to streamline processing of customer registration / credit applications
• Conduct credit and other checks on customers
• Perform fraud checks and verify all customer account information and customer references
• Liaise with customers and internal departments on all credit related issues
• Ensure smooth running of credit department administration
• Ensure accurate record keeping
• General admin associated with a position of this nature
