SUMMARY:
Our client, a leading distributor of industrial equipment and hardware, seeks to employ an experienced Credit Controller/Debtors Clerk, who has experience using Syspro software and who has managed high volume key accounts and who is resident in the Middelburg or Witbank area.
Candidates who are available immediately will receive preference.
POSITION INFO:
KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION
- You will have completed Matric, coupled with 3-5 years experience in credit control and debtors, within a manufacturing, distribution or engineering environment, using Syspro software
- You will have solid experience in reconciling accounts, correctly allocating payments, debt collecting and prompt query resolution.
- You will have experience in being able to effectively liaise with customers, maintain professional relationships with customers and manage cashflow.
- The role may require you to visit customers, therefore, ideally you will have your own reliable vehicle and driver's license.
- You must have a clear credit and criminal record due to the role being one of trust and dealing with finances.
