SUMMARY:
Join our finance team, where you’ll assess and manage credit risk, evaluate financial data, and contribute to strategic credit decisions. The role offers an opportunity to balance credit risk with business growth objectives while meeting SLA requirements.

POSITION INFO:

Conduct credit assessments using scorecard models and financial analysis for large loans
Ensure compliance with credit policies and refine credit processes for efficiency
Monitor portfolio performance and provide input into monthly credit reports
Oversee onboarding and training for new reviewers, maintaining updated training manuals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize credit processes

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in financial services or lending
Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting standards, and credit risk management software
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Qualification:
Honours degree in Finance, Accounting, or Mathematics
CA(SA)/ACCA/CIMA/AGA(SA) preferred
