This is a half-day contract position perfect for a seasoned Cashbook and Credit Controller looking to stay busy for a few months. POSITION INFO:

Job Description:
Your responsibility will include but is not limited to:
Reconciliation: Daily cashbook reconciliation for main, salary, and project accounts; ensure bank transactions are up to date.
Payments & Invoicing: Process payments, load beneficiaries in accounting software, and generate payment files. Handle customer invoices, debit/credit notes, and interest charges on overdue accounts.
Foreign Exchange & Reporting: Manage foreign exchange for international travel, update cash accounts, and submit SARB reports. Process foreign payments/receipts and maintain export documentation.
Debt Collection: Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely feedback and reconciliations.
Administrative Duties: Maintain filing systems, process credit applications, and track export documentation. Handle weekly labor postings from timesheets.
