-

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • MDA system experience with a VERY THOROUGH KNOWLEDGE of Cashbooks and Creditor processing
  • Reconciliation and Payment of creditors
  • Reconciliation of Cashbooks
  • Internet Banking to pay creditors
  • Must have a very good knowledge of Excel and Office
  • Request accounts from Municipalities, Eskom and other monthly creditors
  • Work with +/- 13 companies and not only one set of books or cashbooks per company
  • Limited creditors and cashbooks on Pastel Partner
  • Previous property experience would be an added benefit
