JOB DESCRIPTION:

MDA system experience with a VERY THOROUGH KNOWLEDGE of Cashbooks and Creditor processing
Reconciliation and Payment of creditors
Reconciliation of Cashbooks
Internet Banking to pay creditors
Must have a very good knowledge of Excel and Office
Request accounts from Municipalities, Eskom and other monthly creditors
Work with +/- 13 companies and not only one set of books or cashbooks per company
Limited creditors and cashbooks on Pastel Partner
Previous property experience would be an added benefit
