POSITION INFO:
The Job:

Matric.
Degree or Diploma in Financial Management / Accounting.
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
Automotive experience, a strong advantage.

Key Performance areas:
Report to the Finance Controller:

Creditors:
- Prepare credit applications.
- Reconcile creditors balance to creditors statements.
- Prepare and submit creditor’s payments.
Submit information to the general ledger for relevant accruals.
Prepare ledger balances and an initial trial balance for audits and year-end processes.
Load weekly bank transfers (creditors and wages).
Cash Management - share weekly payment forecast for cash forecast
Co-ordinate meetings, minor events and travel arrangements.
