Who We're Looking For:

Camps Bay Retreat, nestled between the Twelve Apostles Mountain Range and the Atlantic Ocean, offers a luxurious escape in the heart of Camps Bay. We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Creditors Clerk to join our team. Are you passionate about finance and ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced environment? Do you excel at managing accounts payable, maintaining organized records, and ensuring timely payments? We are looking for a reliable and proactive Creditors Clerk with a strong understanding of financial processes and a proven track record in handling creditors’ accounts efficiently. You should have excellent attention to detail, be a skilled problem-solver, and possess strong organizational abilities. Your role will involve processing invoices, reconciling statements, and supporting our finance team to ensure smooth and seamless financial operations.

What Is Required:

The candidate should be able to perform the full creditors clerk function up to supplier age analysis and supplier statement reconciliations, as well as have worked in a team in a deadline driven environment. 

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 or Equivalent
• Must speak, read, write and understand English at a professional level
• Computer literate level 2 minimum experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook in particular)
• Creditors Clerk Experience (advantageous)
• Payments Clerk Experience (advantageous)
• Pastel Partner
• Sage Evolution (advantageous)
• Intermediate/advance MS Office knowledge
• Nedbank Processing (advantageous) 
• Basic knowledge of accounting - matric (NQF 4 and up)
• Financial Diploma (advantageous)
