POSITION INFO:

We have a vacancy for a Creditors clerk with a Vehicle dealership in Pretoria.

Duties: Receive, verify, and match invoices with purchase orders; Prepare payment vouchers, issue checks or electronic transfers; Reconcile accounts and statements; Resolve any discrepancies or queries; Maintain accurate and updated records of creditors' details, balances, and statements; Prepare reports and analysis as required; Follow up on unpaid suppliers and all queries.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Creditors clerk
Experience working within a Vehicle dealership and with a corporate brand like BMW, VW, Audi, Suzuki etc.
Attention to detail, focused and excellent communication skills,
Experience with motor industry systems such as Kerridge, Autoline etc.
Grade 12
Clear criminal record
