A leading company is seeking a Creditors Clerk to join its dynamic finance team. This role is crucial in ensuring that accounts payable functions are executed efficiently, aligning with the company’s financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice Processing – Accurately process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments
• Reconciliation of Accounts – Maintain accurate creditor accounts through reconciliations
• Payments to Creditors – Process and schedule payments efficiently
• Supplier Records Management – Ensure up-to-date records for seamless financial operations
• Handling Queries and Disputes – Address and resolve payment-related queries
• Reporting and Documentation – Maintain accurate financial documentation
• Filing and Storage – Organise invoices and creditor documents for compliance

Key Requirements:

• BCom in Accounting or Financial Management
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role
