Creditors Clerk

Minimum requirements:

• Matric
• 2+ years’ experience within a financial position – creditors experience would be beneficial
• Knowledge and experience of Sage Evolution will be an advantage
• Valid code B driver’s license and own transport
• Working hours: Monday - Saturday 07:00 – 17:00
• Previous experience working within the agricultural sector would be highly beneficial

Duties will be, but not limited to:

• Responsible for creditors payments, invoicing and recording of financial transactions
• Invoicing of debtors
• Petty cash
• General administration
• Stock management
• Updating database with Company products processing of reconciliations against supplier's statements
• Deal with suppliers & resolve all outstanding queries timeously
