SUMMARY:
Ballito based Client looking for a Creditors Clerk (half day) to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities include:
  • Full Creditors Control Function in Pastel V14 + Excel i.e. Capturing, Balancing and Monthly Reconciliation of all Creditors
  • Requires a good knowledge of spreadsheets, formulas and be adept at working with figures.
  • Preparation, maintaining and updating of Weekly Payment Schedules for Client Projects, in Excel
  • Obtaining Quotes from Suppliers for Costing Purposes (Email & Telephonically)
  • Preparation of Client’s Costings and Quotations (Working in Excel & Word)
  • Processing of Pastel invoicing & Statements for Clients        Typing Client Quotes in Word   
  • Be able to communicate well with Client’s (Obtaining Client’s Signatures on Quotes)
  • Liaising with Clients regarding Payments + Installations
  • Assisting Orders Clerk when required
  • Petty Cash
  • Ordering and Maintaining Office Stationery Requirements
  • Dealing with Office Printers and related Issues
  • General Emailing
  • Any Further Duties that may be required from time to time
