Creditors Clerk (Manufacturing) (Sutherland Ridge, Centurion)

POSITION INFO:

Job Purpose:

Responsible for the end-to-end creditor's function which includes receiving, verifying, processing invoices and reconciliation of accounts payable tractions, to ensure that all creditors are paid accurately and timeously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing of supplier and vendor invoices on the system
• Ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices while adhering to payment terms;
• Conducting cashflow forecasting
• Reconciliation of supplier statements
• Analysing vendor applications
• Building and maintaining a positive relationship with suppliers
• Handling of all supplier queries
• Participate in the audit process.
• Ensuring accurate record keeping
• Administrative tasks related to the role.

Educational Qualifications:

• Finance/ Accounting degree or diploma.

Knowledge and Experience:

• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Sage Evolution
• Experience in a food manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
