Creditors Clerk (Temp)

SUMMARY:
Are you a detail-driven finance professional with a passion for accuracy and efficiency? We’re looking for a Creditors Clerk to manage the full creditors function, ensuring that suppliers are paid accurately and on time while maintaining financial compliance. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for reconciliations, invoicing, and payments, this role is perfect for you!

POSITION INFO:

Process & reconcile supplier invoices and statements
Verify banking details and VAT compliance on invoices
Manage & process supplier payments and customer refunds
Handle payment queries and maintain strong vendor relationships
Ensure accurate general ledger allocations for accounts payable
Prepare monthly creditors age analysis and assist with audits

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in creditors/accounts payable
Degree/Diploma in Finance/Accounting (or equivalent)
Strong MS Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
Experience with Sage Evolution is a plus!
Excellent planning & organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
A keen eye for detail, integrity & problem-solving mindset

Qualification:
Degree/Diploma in Finance/Accounting (or equivalent)
