Job Description:
A highly organized and detail-oriented individual is sought for the dual role of Creditors Clerk and ISO Administrator. This position is essential for managing financial transactions with suppliers and ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Creditors Clerk Duties:
- Process and reconcile supplier invoices, statements, and payments.
- Verify the accuracy of invoices and resolve any discrepancies with suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records of creditor accounts and transactions.
- Prepare monthly reconciliations and ensure payments are made on time.
- Respond promptly to supplier queries and maintain strong relationships.
- Assist with month-end reporting and provide supporting documentation for audits.
- ISO Administrator Duties:
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of ISO standards within the organization.
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and records related to ISO processes and certifications.
- Assist in coordinating training programs and awareness sessions for ISO standards.
- Identify areas for improvement in processes and provide recommendations to management.
- Prepare reports and provide support during external ISO audits.
Requirements:- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions and documentation.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and compliance processes (training can be provided if necessary).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Prior experience in a creditors or bookkeeping role is required. Experience with ISO standards is an advantage.
