Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Demonstrated ability to manage credit portfolios, ensure compliance with policies, and drive operational efficiency
• Strong adaptability and composure in fast-paced environments while maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity
• Skilled in guiding, motivating, and developing teams to achieve organisational objectives
• Expertise in identifying challenges, assessing risks, and implementing effective solutions to ensure smooth operations
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and techniques to optimise credit operations and decision-making

• BCom in Finance
• Minimum 4 years of experience in creditors
• Minimum 2 years managerial experience
