SUMMARY:
Customer Care Agent
We are seeking a well-spoken EE candidate for the role of Customer Care Agent. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, fluent in English and an African language, and have experience in the Retail/FMCG sector. The Customer Care Agent will handle store queries and assist with ad hoc marketing activities. This role requires occasional travel.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Address and resolve store-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with various marketing activities as needed, under the direction of the Marketing Manager.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions to assist customers effectively.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotional activities.
• Travel as required to fulfil job responsibilities.

• Education & Experience:
• Must have prior experience in a Retail/FMCG environment.
• Language Skills:
• Bilingual in English and an African language.
• Other Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
