Application Support Engineer required to join a technology company whose niche software helps to run and operate industrial assets from anywhere in the world.
The company are a SaaS start-up, that have spun-out of a household name in Aberdeen. Having only officially been a business for just over a year now, they already have around 200 people and have big plans for growth over the next few years. The company operate within the Energy sector and already have an impressive clientele. They are using technology to change the industry and can offer you the opportunity to work on some super interesting Greenfield projects with some hugely interesting clients.
As a customer engineer you will provide 2nd line support when required on their products, you will be the main point of contact for customers, understanding their needs, coordinating the build of bespoke workflows and working closely with the data team whilst keeping the customer up to date at all times.
You will have the following Skills/Experience -
** Strong demonstrable communication skills
** Minimum of 3 years working within a customer environment
** Experience working with databases - Oracle, SQL, MySQL
** Good knowledge and understanding of Excel
They are based in Aberdeen and have a flexible hybrid working pattern with at least two days a week in the office.
