Duties & Responsibilities

Are you looking to enter the workforce and build a solid foundation for your career, but don't have any prior experience? Capital Growth is seeking enthusiastic individuals for our Customer Sales Champion role. As a Customer Champion, you will:

Interact with customers daily
Learn our products/services and become an expert to address customers.
Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer experiences.
Receive on-the-job training to develop your leadership skills.
Contribute to your future company's success and growth.

Desired Experience & Qualification

No prior experience is required; we welcome individuals looking to start their career.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt.
Matric / Equivalent Level 4 Qualification.
A commitment to delivering top-notch customer service.
Smartphone.
Between the ages of 18 - 30.
