SUMMARY:
We require an outgoing Customer Service Consultant in Paarl. You must extensive customer service experience and with SAP.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12
Previous experience dealing with customer queries and complaints (minimum of 4 yrs+)
Experience with SAP
Experience from Food and Beverage industry
Reside near Paarl

Duties and Responsibilities:

Execution of excellent customer service, dealing with queries and complaints
Responsible for immediate order entry and continual updating of customer data base on the system.
Timely processing of samples according to predetermined lead and delivery times.
Prompt and timely quotation preparation using SAP (considering pre-determined pricing, minimum order quantities, packaging costs, etc.).
Checking of terms of payment and delivery conditions.
Implementation and continuous monitoring of (and compliance with) contracts, prices, order quantities, batch sizes, delivery packaging and payment terms.
Monitoring and addressing of customer complaints, issuing of credit notes, etc.
Assisting the Sales team with pricing and conditions of delivery.
Assisting the Application Lab, Sample Lab and Sales with the organizing and preparation for customer visits.
Good interaction with the Warehouse as far as communication and dispatch of orders go.
