Fantastic opportunity for a Customers Service Consultant in Pretoria.

Duties: Daily telephonic calls to all customers who have been servicing their vehicles at a vehicle dealership, Dealing with customer complaints and passing on to the relevant manager to resolve, Updating vehicle database.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Customer Service or Customer Satisfaction.
• Experience working for vehicle dealerships or automotive industry will be an added bonus.
• Positive attitude with patience to deal with clients.
• Experience with automotive systems like Evolve etc. will be a bonus.
• Grade 12 / Matric.
• Well-spoken with good communication and telephonic skills.
