Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• 3 – 4 Years previous experience in a similar Customer Liaison role in a manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of InforVisual (ERP System) advantageous
• Proficient on MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Maintain a thorough understanding of company’s products and services
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
• Collaborate with various departments to facilitate Client requests and provide support
• Monitor Client feedback and work with the team to develop strategies for service improvement
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to Customer needs and objectives
• Build and maintain long-lasting Client relationships
• Manage Client expectations through high-quality customer service
• Keep detailed records of Client interactions and transactions, documenting all correspondence and solutions provided
