Customer Service Representative (German/Dutch/ Italian)

SUMMARY:
Do you have strong experience in Customer Service and have the ability to communicate in either German, Dutch or Italian? 

Our client who is a leader in the Media Subscription industry is looking for a self-motivated individual to join their team. 

This role is remote working and will involve shift work.

REQUIREMENTS

• Matric, proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• English language is a must and further languages such as Dutch, German, Italian would be required
• Solution orientated individual
• Always willing to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction

• Ensure excellent service standards and maintain customer satisfaction
• Manage incoming calls and responding to customers emails
• Providing product and service information to customers
• Identify and escalate issue to the Customer Service Team Leader when necessary
• Recognise, document, and alert the Team Leader of trends in customer calls and/or emails
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
