SUMMARY:
Our client in the Public Sector has an opportunity available for a Customer Services Clerk in the Cape Town area.

JOB DESCRIPTION:


Requirements:
  • Grade 12
  • Minimum of 2 years face to face customer service experience
  • Benefits funds experience would be a distinct advantage
  • Knowledge of Company specific systems
  • Knowledge of switchboard an advantage
  • Must be able to speak Afrikaans/ English/ Xhosa
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Attention to detail
KPAs:
  • Handle member's queries.
  • Providing members with correct and relevant information/documentation.
  • Ensure that member's documents are completed correctly2
  • Making use of Session, Alex, CRM, Oculus programs to verify information
  • Assisting members in completing documentation.
  • Scanning and verifying documents to send urgently to claims.
  • Recording all members attended to on a daily basis.
  • Relieve switchboard as and when required.
