Requirements: 

• Grade 12 (Senior Certificate) and a Diploma or Degree in IT Management or Business
• A  Driver’s License
• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
• Proven track record of successful Sales and Account Management Experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Productivity applications
• Experience working with customers and external audiences.

Responsibilities: 

• Be the go-to person regarding matters which are beyond the realm of the services teams, owning, channeling, and guiding accordingly to achieve resolution
• Follow up on all open quotes, pending orders ETAs, and solutions. Update customers and sales tickets accordingly
• Reviewed every customer sales request to the organisation to ensure fit for purpose before presenting any quotes to the customer
• Perform customer account administration to maintain accurate customer records on the organization's systems including the customer master account schedule
• Managed customer contract paperwork to ensure that customers always have current and signed contracts on file
• Attend customer and internal meetings as scheduled
