Customer Support Agent

SUMMARY:
Well known medical equipment supplier based in Midrand requires an experienced Customer Service Agent.  Pharmaceutical, medical or hospital industry experience will secure.

POSITION INFO:
Area of Responsibility
Process sales orders received through email and internal websites within 24 hours
Liaise with customers telephonically and on email
Generating quotes 
Invoicing hospital orders according to tender pricing
Deal with Sales Consultants regarding queries, requests, sales orders, medical kits etc.
Release backorders, should it be requested
Sending invoices for consignment orders 
Replace consignment stock for customers
Action movement of stock ie collection / delivery arrangements
Allocating stock for new orders
Preparing pro-forma invoices
General administrative duties including regular filing
Arranging collections and deliveries by completing the required template and sending it to Logistics to arrange
Following up on collections and delivery requests
Obtaining the necessary approval for credits to be passed
Credits and re invoices to be done on the same day
Booking out medical kits when required
Assisting with afterhours emergency call if required
Removing consignment items invoiced on the system
Investigating errors on system in line with transfers done by Sales Consultants
Checking stock availability for Sales Consultants
Applying stock transfers on the internal systems 
Generating quotes 
Invoicing Government orders and invoice according to tender pricing
Generating ROE list and submitting ROE’s monthly
Removing and Invoicing items from WIP
C6 Replenishment weekly.

Qualifications
Grade 12 (Matric) is a minimum requirement
A tertiary qualification would be a definite advantage

Experience required
Minimum 3 years Customer Support experience to include stock, invoicing, quotations and logistics arrangements 
Experience in a Medical Environment is preferred 
Well organised individual
Strong communication skills
Good verbal and written communication
