Customer Support Agent

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric essential.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a customer support or service-related role.
• Strong admin and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Confident using email systems, support platforms (e.g. Zendesk), and task tools like monday.com.
• Strong product grasp and willingness to learn across multiple brands (13+ brands supported).
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.

• Customer Support & Coordination:
  • Handle email queries and Zendesk tickets for product support, sizing, and troubleshootin.
  • Guide customers through warranty claims and issue resolutions.
  • Be the friendly and efficient first point of contact.
• Warranty & Returns Admin:
  • Process and escalate warranty claims with accuracy.
  • Manage RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) data and returns bay cleanliness.
• Product Knowledge & Issue Resolution:
  • Learn and understand product features across multiple brands.
  • Offer accurate product info and resolve technical issues quickly.
  • Provide clear and helpful telephonic assistance.
• Collaboration & Internal Communication:
  • Liaise with Sales and Accounts on replacements, credits, and warranty matters.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure seamless customer experience.
