Location: Remote (Johannesburg or Cape Town)
Salary: R18,000 R23,000 per month
Working Hours: UK Hours (8AM4PM or 9AM5PM)
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Customer Support / Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is key to delivering a first-class service to our customers, from the point of sale through to onboarding and long-term account management. You will work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
This is a remote position, open to candidates based in either Johannesburg or Cape Town, who can work UK hours.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer accounts from the point of sale, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support and building long-term relationships.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover and after-sales process.

Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address any concerns to ensure client retention.

Provide support, guidance, and troubleshooting assistance to clients, helping them fully utilise our products and services.

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement.

Meet and exceed targets related to client retention and satisfaction.
Requirements:

Proven experience in a customer support, account management, or sales support role.

Previous experience as an estate agent is highly desirable.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.

Comfortable and confident when speaking with clients regularly.

Tech-savvy and comfortable using various software tools.

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of social media, website management, or design tools is a plus.
