SUMMARY:
This role involves working at the exit door and sales floor to assist customers directly.
Responsibilities include greeting customers as they enter and exit the store, verifying that the receipt number matches the estimated number of items in the customer's bag, and offering assistance while upholding high standards of integrity and ethics.
Additionally, this role entails guiding customers through the retail floor and showroom.

- Greeting customers and offering assistance
- Facilitate and coordinate walk-in / incoming customers and stakeholders
- Receipt checking while making a positive connection with customers.
- Check receipts and its total numbers vs baskets, ensuring that all purchases are correct and accounted for
- Prevent customers from being double charged or under charged and duplicate Items
- Monitor sales floor and customer movements on the sales floor
- Stocking merchandise when necessary
- Communicate effectively with customers, and stakeholders, by providing accurate responses to customer questions
- Support the sales team and other company personnel
- Follow all company safety, security and housekeeping procedures.
- Respect customers, company, property and equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:- Matric essential.
- At least 2 years customers service experience.
- Client Servicing and understanding of security measures
- Exposure to enquiries and difficult customers
- Product Knowledge will be advantageous
- Well-spoken and articulate in English. The ability to speak another South African language will be advantageous.
