Customs Clerk

Requirements:

1. Freight Forwarding qualification
2. More than 3 years in a similar position
3. Logistics/freight forwarding/clearing and forwarding industry experience

 
Duties:

• Bill of Entry
• EDI submissions
• SAD500, EUR1, SADC
• Upload necessary documents if SARS request query/supporting documents
• Monitor and respond to emails timeously to ensure that all documentation is received within time frame to customs clear cargo before vessel arrival
• Track and monitor vessels for incoming containers
• Monitoring exports/imports for client, customs clearance/customs entries
